Returns & Refund Policy

At TCG Union Pulls, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand the importance of receiving authentic Trading Card Game products in excellent condition, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.

Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, inserts, and promotional items originally received.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible nature of Trading Card Games, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or were shipped incorrectly:

  • Opened booster packs
  • Opened booster boxes
  • Opened starter decks
  • Individual trading cards (Singles)
  • Mystery packs or mystery boxes
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Because sealed TCG products may contain randomized contents, opened products cannot be returned simply because desired cards were not obtained.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label
    • Any visible damage

We will review your claim promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Wait for return authorization.
  3. Carefully package the item.
  4. Ship the item using the instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • Our error
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect shipment
  • A defective product

We will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.


6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds may include:

  • Product purchase price
  • Applicable taxes

Shipping fees may not be refundable except where required by law or when the error was ours.


7. Exchanges

We gladly replace items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is no longer available, we may offer:

  • A comparable replacement
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under this Returns & Refund Policy.


9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Delivery delays caused by customs, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may require additional investigation time.


10. Authenticity Guarantee

We are committed to selling authentic Trading Card Game products sourced from reputable distributors and suppliers whenever possible.

If you believe you have received a product that is not authentic, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
